About this event
This group provides a supportive environment to learn and practice trauma-related coping strategies in community with others, providing members with tools that they can carry over into their life outside of group.
The group is free to attend, meets in-person on Wednesdays from 3-4 pm , and is open to adults in the state of Oklahoma with trauma-related concerns.
