- ➤ Construction began Monday, Feb. 23 on 91st Street from Harvard Avenue + Yale Avenue to improve a corridor long considered unsafe for drivers and pedestrians. FOX 23
- ➤ Members of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Tulsa Branch joined a national rally on Feb. 23 to demand a new contract with the United States Postal Service. FOX 23
- ➤ Wagoner County commissioners approved a burn ban immediately to reduce wildfire risk by limiting grass, brush, and campfires, with gas grills permitted (if used safely). The ban will remain in effect until conditions improve or for up to 14 days. KTUL
- ➤ Legislators are advancing two bills to improve pet welfare by requiring breeders to display state license numbers on ads & cutting the number of intact females allowed for non-commercial breeders; one measure has cleared committee and may reach a House vote soon, the Humane Society says. 2 News

- ➤ Lawmakers are considering a proposal to expand raw milk sales direct from producers, with the bill moving to the House Oversight Committee.
