- ➤ Tulsa voters will decide on Tuesday, Apr. 7 if the $609 million bond package for Tulsa Public Schools will fund programs, facility repairs, technology and new vehicles. - ➤ Tulsa city council approved two new tax increment finance districts to support a $95 million renovation of the historic Philcade Building downtown on March 11.
