- ➤ Creek County officials held a press conference in Mannford Saturday morning to update on the fire that started Friday on Highway 48 and has destroyed 30 to 50 homes, several barns, and a senior living center where all residents were evacuated—officials scheduled another conference at 10 a.m. and urged people to avoid the area as other fires continue in the county.
