A salon in Sand Springs offered free hair care services to wildfire victims on Monday, March 24th—providing hair washes and blowouts to help them feel normal despite the tough circumstances.

Manager Abbi Napier said the service was meant to uplift those impacted by the fires.

In Owasso, the nonprofit Owasso Community Resources serves about 300 families each week with food assistance but is struggling to keep shelves stocked due to rising demand and USDA budget cuts.
