  • Tulsa installed Oklahoma's first musical road on Southwest Boulevard Bridge today as part of Route 66 Centennial celebrations; drivers at 35 mph hear Woodie Guthrie's 'This Land is Your Land.'   • Local repair shops in Tulsa are busy fixing classic cars for the Route 66 Capital Cruise on May 30 along 11th Street. Mechanics are restoring models like a 1967 Mercury Cougar — a cherished family heirloom — to be road-ready for the centennial cruise.  News On 6

  • The Artemis II crew is scheduled for a splashdown today off the San Diego coast at 7:07 p.m. CST after a historic moon mission that tested key systems for future lunar and Mars flights (former NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine discussed the mission’s impact on advancing space exploration).  News On 6
  • The Tulsa County Juvenile Justice Center is nearing a contract deal with Creoks to add an inpatient mental health bed for teens who need care locally — saving taxpayers about $200,000 annually. Commissioners will vote soon so that adolescents can receive treatment without being sent out of state.  News On 6

  • Saint Francis Health System officially takes over the Bristow hospital today and will restore full hospital services after signing a five-year lease last November + a grand opening is set for 10 a.m.  2 News
