- ➤ The Saving Our Homes Initiative offers up to $4,000 to qualified Tulsa homeowners to help clear titles and pay back property taxes with funding from the City through ARPA. The program ends June 30 — applicants must meet income or location criteria — and is provided in partnership with TEDC and the FEC. FOX 23

- ➤ Tulsa-based musicians Emily Hollingshed and Austin Dixon will perform at Copan Garage's Ribs and Bibs festival at 117 N Caney Street on May 24 at 3 p.m.—joining a lineup of rising regional country talent and celebrating Oklahoma’s strong musical tradition. News On 6
- ➤ Tulsa International Airport is offering two exhibit spaces where local artists can showcase works that reflect Tulsa’s culture & identity inside the terminal. Interested artists must submit their proposals by June 13 and the selected works will be displayed beginning Aug. 1 for one year. News On 6
- ➤ Local artists in Tulsa can apply today at 12 p.m. for the Artists Creative Fund that offers $10,000 grants for creative projects in dance, theater, music and visual art—twenty recipients will host a public event and join professional development sessions, with applications closing on June 16 at 5 p.m.—information sessions will be held on May 22, 29, 30 and June 3. - ➤ Tulsa PAC CEO Mark Frie said that a multi-phase renovation of the center will start in 2028 with a temporary venue for shows so patrons do not miss performances. The plan adds new restaurants and extra restrooms, with phases one and two reopening in 2031 and a 1400-seat concert hall planned to open by 2035 (the transformation aims to boost Tulsa’s cultural standing). - ➤ A new law was signed that will require state prisons to keep restrooms, changing areas, and sleeping quarters separated by sex—unless the facility creates single-occupancy areas, the measure will protect inmate privacy.
