Good morning, Tulsa.

On Saturday morning, a suspected tornado damaged buildings in McAlester and canceled local events while police in Skiatook closed Highway 20 lanes and a section of 136th Street due to floodwaters—officials advised not to attempt travel through high water.

Tulsa police stopped a car—finding suspect Gary Colbert Jr. hiding in the back seat after he was accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend three times during a domestic violence incident on May 31.

City officials said storm water washed away a section of East 111th Street near 111th and Sheridan when a resident reported the issue Saturday; crews shored up the area and will return Monday to fix about 75 feet near the creek between Hudson and Sheridan—impacting traffic.

The Thunder lost Game 1 on June 7th and now face a tough Game 2 in the NBA Finals.

Coach Rick Carlisle will adjust strategies—improving rebounding, offense, and defense—as the team works to gain a lead in the series.

Jalen Williams discussed the Thunder's loss in Game 1 on June 7th—saying that fixing defensive mistakes early is critical to stopping late-game errors.

He added that his focus on small details will help set the tone as the team prepares for Game2 tonight.
