- ➤ City Lights Foundation will break ground today at 10 a.m. on City Lights Village to begin construction on the first of 30 homes and a community center that offers housing and support services—built on a 23-acre site featuring triplex homes and part of the foundation’s work serving Tulsa residents since 2013. - ➤ The local car community organized a memorial cruise to honor 21-year-old Spencer Robert, who died in a midtown Tulsa crash on Monday—organizers say the event supports her family and reminds drivers to be careful. FOX 23

- ➤ On Thursday, June 12, officers with the Mingo Valley Street Crimes Unit arrested Christian Cervantes and Yadira Aguiar after a tip linked them to Dollar General thefts in Tulsa and Jenks—both face larceny-related charges and Aguiar had outstanding warrants from Wagoner County. KTUL
- ➤ Oklahoma lawmakers and officials condemned the shooting in Minnesota that killed former House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband while injuring State Senator John Hoffman and his wife on Saturday, and Tulsa Police Chief Dennis Larsen said he backed the investigation—hoping law enforcement finds the attacker and brings justice to the families.
