- ➤ Body cam video shows that on April 15 a Tulsa officer accidentally left a patrol vehicle in reverse during a foot chase for a jaywalking suspect at a QuikTrip parking lot near South Garnett Road and East 11th Street South—causing the car to run over the man who sustained minor injuries and was later booked. - ➤ Tulsa is holding free genealogy workshops today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. that let residents explore possible family ties to the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre using records from Oaklawn Cemetery — the sessions also support Tulsa police training in genetic genealogy with help from the Emmett Till Cold Case Grant.
