- ➤ The University of Tulsa is partnering with the Muscogee Nation on a cultural restoration project funded by a $677,000 Mellon Foundation grant that will digitize and return archived records and language materials to the tribe—restoring access to their heritage. - ➤ Tulsa Public Schools announced new attendance policies to tackle chronic absenteeism after over 16,000 students were marked absent last year — the district will remove students from extracurricular activities and Magnet Programs and may retain those who miss 10% or more of classes.
