- ➤ The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office arrested Wesley Hamilton on July 3 for stalking when he installed a GPS tracking device in his ex-girlfriend’s car and cloned her phone using eight mobile apps—evidence showed he followed her and sent threatening texts—and he now faces charges for tracking and harassment.
