- ➤ City Lights Tulsa, led by founder Sarah Grounds, provided housing support and weekly outreach last Monday to offer warm meals, clothing and haircuts to people experiencing homelessness. The nonprofit—started in 2013—expanded its services and will share new volunteer opportunities this fall as Tulsa saw a 4% rise in homelessness with 1,449 people counted, including 496 unsheltered.
