- ➤ Tulsa police reported that a 4-year-old died and his mother was injured in a shooting at Seminole Hills Apartments Sunday just after 7:30 p.m., and that a suspect believed to be the child’s father was arrested during a traffic stop near Lewis Avenue—investigators are reviewing whether the shooting was intentional or accidental.
