- ➤ The Demand Project held its annual Drive Out the Demand Golf Tournament Monday at The Golf of Oklahoma in Broken Arrow to raise funds for ending child trafficking and exploitation—120 golfers played while 80 women joined a sold-out high tea, and the organization will host more events in October, January, and March to further its mission. - ➤ Tulsa police reported that a 4-year-old died and his mother was injured in a shooting at Seminole Hills Apartments Sunday just after 7:30 p.m., and that a suspect believed to be the child’s father was arrested during a traffic stop near Lewis Avenue—investigators are reviewing whether the shooting was intentional or accidental.
