CRIME NEWS

  • On Monday, September 1st, 2025, Tulsa police said that more than 20 shots were fired into the air from an AR-style weapon outside a comedy club near 31st and Sheridan at around 2 a.m.—no injuries were reported and one person was arrested for public intoxication.  News On 6

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • MetroLink Tulsa updated bus routes for 250, 410, and 490—route 250 no longer stops at St. Francis South, route 410 now extends to OU Tisdale, and route 490 dropped stops at Riverside and 81st & Lewis while adding night and Sunday service in East Tulsa. Fare discounts ended Monday after Labor Day service was paused, so riders will see the changes in effect today.  News On 6
  • A Kellyville father in Tulsa is urging lawmakers to pass Leo's Law after his son died from fentanyl - he hopes the measure will help prevent further overdoses.  FOX 23
  • ODOT is shifting lanes and closing ramps across Tulsa this week for road and bridge projects; southbound US-75 between 41st and 61st Streets will shift at 7 a.m. Tuesday and the ramp to eastbound I-44 at the I-44/US-75 interchange will close for two years—drivers should allow extra travel time and follow posted detours.  News On 6

HEALTH NEWS

  • OMMA released a follow-up notice about Greenleaf Labs after last month's test errors prompted a public health warning, telling dispensaries and patients to verify that cannabis products pass retesting. Greenleaf Labs said it is working with customers to fix testing issues and ensure safety standards are met—steps needed before any formal recall can continue.  FOX 23
