- ➤ Friends, family and fellow firefighters gathered yesterday to honor Lt. Brian Bizzell who died in a car crash in Owasso on Sept. 30. Bizzell—who served Tulsa for 27 years and was 49—left behind a wife, three children and many heartfelt memories. 2 News
