- ➤ Oral Roberts University launched a new Doctor of Strategic Leadership program that is a 33-month residential course and is F1-Visa eligible for international students. - ➤ Mayor Monroe Nichols announced Safe Move Tulsa on Wednesday at Eagles Nest near River Spirit Casino to rehouse 300 homeless individuals with support services like mental health and addiction treatment—25 residents have already moved into stable housing.
