- ➤ Today through Nov. 14, Tulsa Police officers will deliver meal kits, gifts, and essentials to families in need as part of the Random Acts of Kindness initiative, and the Tulsa Police Foundation has more than doubled its donations from 150 to 350 kits that include 40 pounds of food, a $50 grocery card, and simple recipes for a family of four to six—partners like Emergency Infant Services and QuikTrip will also add diapers, pull-ups, and fuel cards.
