- ➤ The Oklahoma State Department of Education launched a new tool on Friday, Dec. 5 that lets parents compare schools side by side + helps school leaders identify effective practices at nearby schools. It is available on oklaschools.com/school-compare. KTUL
- ➤ The Simon Estes Educational Foundation said that only 25 Tulsa area students have applied for its $10,000 scholarship—a sharp drop from previous years. The foundation urges Tulsa Public Schools to help spread the word about the opportunity. KTUL
