Risotto for the Holidays

About this event

Risotto? Yes, risotto. I know, I know. It's not pasta but this is such a crowd favorite, I have to offer it at least once a year.

Just like pasta, this is hands-on in every sense of the word. No joke!

Did you know that risotto can change with the season? Just like lots of other foods, yes, risotto can be made to fit the time of year. But wait...there's more!

Everyone will make a different flavor and then you get to try them ALL.

We'll help you through the entire fragrant, delicious process. We'll start with a simple Basic Risotto and then start throwing in the fun seasonal stuff, like butternut squash, Italian sausage, pesto, oven-roasted tomatoes, even pomegranate seeds! The list is endless.

You will leave this class able to make risotto...I promise!

The evening ends around the dinner table, enjoying your efforts with a glass of wine.
