- ➤ Broken Arrow Animal Rescue has moved into its new brick building in Bixby today to house up to 30 dogs and provide a calm space for traumatized pets and mom-and-puppy care. - ➤ Oasis Fresh Market is distributing free lunches and dinners to children from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. today at its North Peoria Avenue location — a response to school closures from the winter storm. FOX 23

- ➤ Tulsa launched its first city-funded film incentive to attract movie and TV productions, offering rebates up to $50,000 for projects spending $100K to $5M and up to $75,000 for larger projects.
